Nanda Devi, Dronagiri, Changabang, Rishi, Mukut, Kamet, Abi Gamin, Mana, Hathi, Ghoda, Neelkanth and Chaukhamba massif to name a few!
Down the slope, you might have experienced the excellent meadows. Alpine, deodars create a dense forest with excellent grassland bridging them. Your heart will feel that its age has been minimized by 20 years, by experiencing the beauty. Solitude of the place and freedom, beyond all imaginations will create a bloom inside you to run here and there. Journey towards the top is even more awesome. Throughout the trek route, there is no place where you will have to climb erect hill tops. So walking with comfort, watch Shiva’s consort in her full glow. Excellent beauty, floral smell in the valley area and snowy bed at the hill top will establish her massiveness in your heart, but will not create fear in you. Her calmness and hostility are really admiring for all her children.
The full path is renowned among the local people to be a part of the Swargarohini Journey of Pandavas. There are more myths regarding the playing area of Ganesh, in his childhood days. Arrive at Haridwar railway station by 7 am, and then be driven to Joshimath, about 268 km away. A long but fascinating journey along the rivers of Ganga and Alaknanda entails passing through Rishikesh, Dev Prayag, and Rudra Prayag. Relax in the evening and stay overnight at the lodge.
Next day, by 7 am we will set off for Dhak village after having breakfast at the guest-house. From Dhak the trek will begin. The drive from Joshimath to Dhak of around 40 minutes will introduce you to the mountain kingdom surrounding the town. Enjoy the first sights of NandaDevi peak during your ride. Collect your refreshments and start the trek from Dhak road-head marking the uphill bent towards the destination. Trek for 1 hour to the first village.
In the morning at 8 am, after a hearty breakfast we will start trekking towards our next campsite Khullara. Prepare yourself for a moderate rough hike. It will take roughly 5 hours to cover 6 to 7 km of the trek. There will be numerous water points available. Watch out for mud. Khulara is situated at an opening of a clearing amidst rhododendron forests, silver birch green pines, oaks and walnut trees. Since the path will take you through dense forests there won't be any mountains in sight. Look out for the varieties in bird-species in the woodland. You can also find chestnut, maple and deodar trees. Khullara Top is a gorgeous campsite surrounded by the mountains of Dronagiri, Changabang, Kamet, Kedarnath Peak, Kedar Dome, Chaukhambha, Balakun, Neel Kantha, Mukut Parvat, Abhi Gamin, Mana I, Ghori Parvat, Hathi Parvat, Kalanka, Nanda Devi, Nanda Ghunt. Set up the camps and indulge in delicious lunch and dinner with a view you'll remember for a thousand lifetimes. Next day's journey is long and will require a lot of energy.km Trek - 18km
Brace yourselves, today's the day where all your hard work will come to fruition. We will start at the first light of the morning on fresh snow by 4 am. Prepare yourself for multiple steep and rigid climbs. It will be a very tiring and long day ahead. It is advised to fill your water bottles beforehand. You may be even required to cut snow as you progress, to make a path. You must be extra careful as your foot may dig deep into the snow making it rather. About 1 hour into the trek, you will see the scenery change from shadowy trees to large open meadows. The trails take you through beautiful dark forests which will captivate your mind and soul. Beautiful clear skies and miles and miles of empty land. The climb will take 6 hours more to reach Pangarchulla. Upon reaching, you will get a magnificent 360° view of the entire Garhwal mountain range. Standing at an astonishing altitude of 14,700 feet, Pangarchulla is enclosed by river gorges of Dhauli Ganga, Rishi Ganga, and Alaknanda. Kedarnath, Kharchakund, Chaukhamba, Parvati Parbat to the west, Nilkantha, Arwa tower, Avalanche Peak to the north. Saraswati, Kamet, Mana Mandir, Deoban, Rataban, Nilgiri, Ghori, Hati, Dunagiri can also be seen. Celebrate your victory, capture as much as you want, this is the moment of ecstasy. We will eat packed lunch, which is going to taste extra delicious after all that hard work. After a while, we will begin to descend back to our camp at Khulara, hiking for another 6 plus hours. Overnight stay at Khullara. This is also the last day we stay at a camp.
It’s time to trek back to Auli today. Get ready and start trekking on the route to Gurson Bugyal. The trek from Khullara to Gorson Bugyal is 3.5 km long and glows with lush green meadows. Gorson Bugyal is a vast land of green pastures supported by Oak trees. What amazes us more is that during winters this area is covered under a thick sheet of snow that looks so beautiful. Once you have covered Gorson Bugyal, it will take 4 hours to reach Auli. The trail will pass through the lush vegetation of apple, orchids, and oak forests. After reaching Auli you will be taken back to Joshimath by a shared cab. Once reached, checkin with the guest house and rest for the day.
After sleeping over the unforgettable experience of scaling Pangarchulla, today we go back citywards. Your car will be waiting at 6 in the morning. Bidding adieu to the gaze of the hills, you will descend down to civilization reaching Rishikesh by 6 in the evening in time for your overnight journey back.

● Cancellation prior to 7 days from the start of the trek -- no refund
● Drinking and smoking during the trek are strictly prohibited. If found flouting the rules, your participation on the trek will be canceled with immediate effect
. ● Route changes, postponement, delay, or finishing the trek a day earlier: Under some extraordinary circumstance, your trek may end a day earlier or start a day later. This may become necessary due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions, or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the trek (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage. Trek fee is not charged broken down in terms of days but is a composite fee for the whole trek.
